This policy explains how Fast Response ("we", "us") handles the information you provide when you use a Fast Response contact widget on a business's website. When you submit the widget, your information is collected on behalf of that business (the "Contractor") so they can respond to your request. We act as a service provider that delivers your message to them.
Information we collect
We collect only what you enter in the form, plus minimal technical context:
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it (optional).
- The message describing what you need.
- The web address of the page you submitted from, and the time of submission.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers in the widget, and we do not collect information beyond what is listed above.
How we use it
- To notify the Contractor of your request, by text message and/or email, so they can contact you.
- To store your request so the Contractor can follow up and keep a record of it.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by call, text, or email about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with:
- The Contractor whose widget you used.
- Service providers that help us deliver the message and store the request - currently Twilio (text message delivery) and Airtable (secure storage). These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained by the Contractor for as long as needed to respond to and service your request. You may ask to have your information deleted at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages about your request. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
